M.J. Richter

M.J. Richter, senior writer-editor, specializes in information technology and its applications in various vertical markets, and has served as senior editor for Susan Carol Associates since 1989. Her clients also include telecommunications service providers, management consulting firms, equipment manufacturers, software vendors, industry associations and trade publications. As a reporter in the Washington, D.C., bureau of Electronic News from 1979 to 1985, she covered, among other issues, the AT&T antitrust trial and the subsequent restructuring of the domestic telecommunications industry. She also covered federal legislative and regulatory activities related to information technology.

She has an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Missouri at Columbia and a B.A. in Journalism from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
