Charlene Polanosky is a Web marketing and design strategist who has served many of  Susan Carol Associates’ (SCA) clients since 1998. She has produced in-depth special sections on very tight deadlines for such national magazines as Inc and Working Woman. She also has created a variety of Web sites for large and small organizations in healthcare, technology, education, finance and the government.

Based in Spotsylvania, Va., she frequently manages projects that include development of new sites as well as ongoing maintenance and support of them. This includes the promotion, optimization and advancement of Web sites so that they grow with the client.  Charlene also is knowledgeable about blogs, intranets, online newsrooms, e-brochures and other Web tools used by corporations and individuals. Her Web services also include the development of interactive sites with tools for conducting business and capturing marketing information.

The Virginia-native earned a B.S. in Economics in 1990 from George Mason University and began teaching computer literacy to children for a retail franchise. In the course of her instruction, she uncovered her own talent in computer-aided design.  She continues to update her skills and stay abreast of the latest PR and marketing trends online, translating those trends into new opportunities for SCA clients.
