A former newspaper reporter, Carla joined our firm in the early 1990s after working as a media relations specialist for the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center in Charlottesville, Va., and for the National Research Council in Washington, D.C. She is an honors graduate of the University of Richmond in Virginia.
