The firm’s owner, Susan Carol, had been on LinkedIn and Facebook for many years as an individual, but the agency decided to launch a business presence in Facebook due to the overwhelming numbers of individuals representing companies of all sizes and almost every business niche. The latest data shows the fasted growing segment of this social media community is the 55-65 bracket. ”The demographics are beginning to work for us,” said Carol, pointing out that the majority of her agency’s clients are in business-to-business categories within healthcare, equipment leasing and finance and technology.
