SCA’s Joe St. Henry published in Euromoney's World Leasing Yearbook 2011
FREDERICKSBURG, VA, FEBRUARY 22, 2011—The World Leasing Yearbook 2011, published by Euromoney in January, began arriving in the mailboxes of U.S. subscribers in early February. The opening article in the Information Technology Section is by our own Joe St. Henry. It discusses who is dominating in this sector, how the lease accounting changes are affecting decisions, and when the spending freeze was expected to thaw.
