Some Rays of Hope in
a Financial Tsunami
May/June 2009

Susan Carol was reporting for the equipment leasing and finance
trade tabloid and noted that some in equipment financing are
pinning their hopes on depository banks to increase access to
funding; others were hoping TALF would be expanded and clarified
in a way that would help lessors. No one was speculating on when
the economic downturn would hit bottom and a reset would occur.
